Our award-winning Culture Assessment, recognised by the CIPD and Business Culture Awards, combines contemporary business thinking with leading organisational psychology to show how culture enables or constrains performance.
Our Culture Discovery tool provides a fast, evidence-based snapshot through our online survey. Informed by Schein’s Three Levels of Culture and Denison’s Organisational Culture Model, it reveals where culture supports success, where microcultures exist, and where leadership attention is most needed.

Understanding across 20 metrics
Our online assessment tool looks at culture through four quadrants and 20 attributes: Leadership, Management, People and External, using behavioural statements as opposed to a standard likert scale to deliver rapid quantitative insight into the current culture.
For more complex situations, and/or where there is a desire to uncover the underlying beliefs and assumptions shaping people’s behaviours and working practices, our Culture Insight Pro uses employee focus groups and listening sessions to gain more qualitative insight – uncovering the why beneath the what.
Both versions turn cultural insight into practical action, linking people, performance and strategy.
