Interactive Workshops

To engage leaders and take them out of the ordinary, we also deliver a dynamic, fully immersive experience onboard a simulated spaceship, where participants tackle complex missions that mirror real-world business challenges. From strategic decision-making to diplomatic negotiation, each scenario is designed to enhance adaptability, communication and collaboration under pressure. The missions encourage deepened self-awareness (identifying what can hinder their leadership effectiveness), prompting them to question the status quo and to build a growth mindset, with a focus on managed risk-taking and experimentation.
