With over 20 years industry experience predominantly in the Automotive, Aerospace and Banking sectors, Emma works with global leadership teams with ambitious plans who seek cultural alignment and change following acquisition or new strategic direction. She started her career in strategy and business development with Siemens, before spending 12 years in senior leadership roles across a range of businesses – notably creating and deploying the Bentley 2018 and 2025 strategy, transformation and culture change programme that won acclaim in the European Industrial Excellence award 2015. Emma also leads coaching & leadership development programmes, with clients often citing her success in bringing people together into cohesive teams while tackling deep rooted cultural challenges.
