When recognition becomes proof: why our latest award win matters for clients and ROI

By Jo Geraghty

At the recent 10th Annual Business Culture Awards – the industry gold-standard event recognising organisations that are doing culture, values, leadership and people right – Culture Consultancy was named Culture Consultancy of the Year 2025. That makes it our third win in four years.

But for us, the biggest win wasn’t ours alone. It was seeing our clients land top prizes too – Harworth Group plc, winners of Best Small Organisation for Business Culture and Business Culture Leadership Award, and Goodbody, winners of Best Internal Communications Strategy for Business Culture and highly commended for Best Medium Organisation for Business Culture.

That dual success – consultancy and client – forms a clear theme: the work we do delivers real, measurable cultural and commercial impact.

More than a trophy: this is about real business impact

Client results = People uplift + Business uplift

Judges praised our submission for the clarity of outcomes and the strength of evidence behind it:

”A very thorough set of initiatives that clearly demonstrated impact… a strong case study for how culture work, when well designed and delivered, achieves real business results.”

They also recognised the measurable shifts created through our work with clients:

“A strong and well evidenced submission showing cultural transformation aligned to strategic goals, with impressive business impact.”

For Harworth Group, judges praised the depth and breadth of the cultural and organisational progress achieved, noting:

“A benchmark entry… with measurable results across engagement, gender balance, turnover and alignment to FTSE250 ambition”.

These independent insights underline what we see every day: a strong culture is a business performance lever, not a “nice to have”. And the awards are not just symbolic. They act as market-facing proof of a values-led, people-first culture that helps organisations attract talent, retain employees, boost engagement, and drive productivity.

Why Business Culture Awards Matter:

Final Thought

For us, this year’s win at the Business Culture Awards is not a trophy – it’s a validation of what we believe and do everyday: help organisations unlock the full potential of their people, embed values, design great culture and leadership, and in doing so, deliver lasting and measurable business results.
