Ed has over 15 years experience as an integrated marketing strategist, and is great at creating shared purpose to engage and motivate workforces and teams, galvanising organisations and leaders to take a more human-centric approach to how they operate. He has worked in some of the most renowned Digital and Advertising agencies delivering projects for clients including Expedia, The AA, SAB Miller and Lloyds TSB, and has grown and led strategy teams, developing individuals and groups to reach their full potential. Since 2020, Ed has been bringing together his marketing and organisational psychology expertise (having gained an MSc in Organisational Psychology) with Liminal Store, his own business that aims to help businesses adapt and thrive.
