Drew is a former business-school professor, a trained cultural anthropologist, and management consultant with over 25 years of global consulting experience. He has led workplace transformation projects throughout the US and in Latin America, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. His clients include Ascendas Singbridge, Temasek, Irvine Company, Southern Land Company, Continuum, Akara Partners, Venture X, and Moose International, among others. Drew has published five books on culture, leadership, workplace strategy and design, and innovation. His latest book is Executive Anthropology: A Mindset for Human-Centered Leadership. He is based in Austin, Texas.
