Originally trained as a product & industrial designer, Cris spent over a decade as a successful entrepreneur and CEO building an award-winning design group. After structuring a full exit in 2008, he is now recognised globally as a thought leader and speaker on innovation strategy, leadership and culture and has worked with some of the world’s most ambitious CEOs, companies and governments to drive growth through innovation. He is a board advisor at The Innovators CoLab and The Global Innovation Institute, a Senior Fellow at The Conference Board, and co-author of the bestselling, award-winning book ‘Building a Culture of Innovation’.
