Paul has a 20-year track record of driving employee engagement, business performance, change and personal & organisational capability. He spent 14 years at BP across a variety of roles, most notably setting up and managing BP’s Global Social Investment approach as part of the Corporate Affairs leadership team. During this period, he developed and communicated strategy & policy, designed social impact assessment and reporting requirements to track delivery within business units worldwide, and encouraged and implemented a change in behaviour and business practice across the BP Group. Since then, he has worked with big names in corporate, public and charity sectors including John Lewis, Camelot, Santander and Oxfam. He has also served as a Magistrate since 2005, and currently volunteers as a mentor and coach to unemployed young people.
