Her prior career in large multi-national organisations with responsibility for quality and standards, business development, sales and operations, ensures she is able to be both challenging and encouraging in appropriate measure, having experienced the highs and lows of business and leadership. Lottie lives by her three core values – trust, honesty and respect – and she invests whatever it takes to get to know her clients and their business to find the right balance for the working relationship, ensuring the greatest return on investment.
