Jemma has over 15 years’ experience coaching leaders and teams through strategic and cultural change across numerous industries internationally. She originally trained with two management consultancies, developing specialist areas including high performing teams & cultures, bespoke leadership coaching, employee engagement strategy, and aligning HR / People strategy. The result of Jemma’s work is more resilient, adaptive, collaborative and creative organisations – ready for now and for the future. Ever fascinated by the people and cultural aspects of organisations, Jemma also has two relevant Masters degrees and a Post Graduate certificate in coaching.
