Join us for a breakfast roundtable on “The Human–AI Workforce: What People Leaders Need to Do Now”
Date: 28th January 2026
Time: 8.30-10.30am
Location: Venue TBC, near Bank / Old Street
As AI rapidly reshapes roles, skills and expectations across organisations, many CPOs and senior HR leaders are wrestling with similar questions:
- How do we redesign roles and operating models for a Human–AI workforce – without losing the human edge in client relationships?
- What new skills and capabilities do we need across our people function, leadership, and front-line teams?
- How do we govern AI use in a way that balances innovation with conduct, regulatory and ethical requirements?
- And crucially – how do we bring our people with us, building trust rather than fear?
This breakfast is designed as an off-the-record, peer-to-peer discussion for CPOs and senior People leaders in Financial Services to:
- Share what’s working (and what isn’t) in early AI experiments and people strategies
- Compare approaches to workforce planning, skills, EX and culture in an AI-enabled organisation
- Explore practical next steps you can take in the next 6-12 months
Our Director Jo Geraghty will be joined by Future of Work & AI Strategist, Jason Smith. We’ll kick off with a short opening on the Human–AI workforce and the evolving role of the CPO, then move quickly into facilitated roundtable conversation and Q&A.
Spaces are limited to keep the discussion focused and candid.
If you’re a senior People leader in FS and would like to join us, please contact human@cultureconsultancy.com to confirm your place.
If you can’t attend but would like to stay in the loop on future Human–AI workforce sessions, or would like to discuss a specific AI workshop for your wider HR/leadership team, please reach out here.
(P.s. We have a range of other talks and workshops on AI for those in other industries and positions, so do reach out if this is something you would like to hear more about!)
