Natalie’s background as an employment lawyer and experience as an HRD in a large, complex organisation gives her a comprehensive insight into the opportunities and challenges that come with the role of HR. She has worked with employers ranging from scaling start-up to global household names, in sectors including financial services, professional services, higher education, F&B and manufacturing, and has also founded her own business (twice!), truly identifying with the highs and lows that come with founding and growing a business. Natalie is passionate about strategy, people experience, culture and diversity, equity and inclusion – and the synergies between those crucial enablers of organisational performance.
